Building Goals

Click on the link below to find the summary of the 3 questions we answered at the first building goals meeting.  If you remember, those of us in attendance answered the three questions using post-it notes which were then categorized.  The three questions were: 

1. Something that is GREAT about CHS
2. Something that has improved at CHS (last 12 months)
3. Something I would like to change

Please read the results and then respond to this post with additional thoughts/comments.  I would like EVERYONE'S input as we continue to develop our goals.  Pay attention to common themes and look for things we can work toward TOGETHER as a faculty to improve student achievement.  

If everyone participates in this online discussion, we will count it as our 1st faculty meeting!
